⚾ NatCast for Friday @ 6:45 p.m.

Looks like the rain risk isn’t over yet.

6:40 p.m. update: Looks like the rain risk isn’t over yet. This storm, if it holds together, would move through or near Nationals Park between approximately 7:30 and 8 p.m.

(RadarScope)

From earlier: The chance of showers and storms this late afternoon into early evening is better south and east of DC. But there is certainly some potential for a storm to pop around Nationals Park, especially before 7 p.m.

While rain chances diminish after 7 p.m., they don't completely go away.

All that is to say, a delay is possible but not definite. Even if there is a delay, it doesn't seem likely to lead to a postponement.

Nationals vs Seattle Mariners, first pitch: 6:45 p.m.

We'll post any needed updates at the top of this post.
