๐Ÿ–๏ธ Weekend beach forecast

Published:
Last updated:

The beach is the place to be this weekend. It wonโ€™t exactly be cool, but the cooling influence of the ocean will keep the heat reasonable. There is, however, potential for late-day storms Saturday and Sunday.

Friday: Mostly sunny and hot with highs in the low 90s, and very humid dew points in the mid-70s. A breeze comes from the south around 10 mph. Friday evening 80s only dip to the mid-70s overnight.

Saturday: Mostly sunny with highs in the low 90s again and still very humid. A few showers or strong thunderstorms are possible in the evening, with evening readings in the 80s and overnight lows in the mid-70s again.

Sunday: Partly sunny and not as hot, but still quite humid, with highs in the mid- to upper 80s. A few showers and thunderstorms could develop during the late afternoon or evening. Winds from the east around 10 mph.

Water temperatures: They are currently in the low to mid-70s. See a live map of regional water temperatures on our Weather Now page.
